Easy, Healthy, and Gourmet Meal

I love to cook but I hate cleaning up afterwards. This simple recipe creates about zero mess but tastes like you were slaving away in the kitchen: Sake Sea Bass in Parchment. I have made this twice for dinner date night so far and it has already been requested again! You simply mix the sauce, spoon over a sea bass fillet and wrap up in parchment paper and throw in the oven. I serve it with instant jasmine rice and steamed baby bok choy. Also you can then sip the remaining sake with your dinner!

The only addition to the recipe would be a splash of fresh lemon juice to add a bit more flavor. Another tip, if sea bass is too expensive at the market that day replace it with halibut which is a cheaper and tasty alternative. My apologies to those back home, I don't think some of these ingredients are available at Kessler's.
